Our standard
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our website target.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as the primary technical reference for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content.
Operable
Keyboard access, visible focus, large touch targets, skip navigation, controllable galleries, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Understandable
Plain language, consistent navigation, descriptive headings, predictable controls, and direct recovery guidance.
Robust
Semantic HTML, accessible names and states, standards-based controls, and compatibility with modern browsers and assistive technology.
Native foundations
The iPhone app uses platform-native patterns where practical and provides System, Light, and Dark appearance choices.
Continuous work
Accessibility is reviewed as content and features change. User feedback informs prioritization and remediation.
Scope
This statement covers the public website at weorganize.me. The native iPhone app is assessed separately because mobile interfaces and assistive-technology behavior differ from the web.
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the website. This statement describes a commitment and active standard; it is not a claim that every page and every possible technology combination is free of all accessibility defects.
Website accessibility features
- A skip link moves keyboard users directly to the main content.
- Navigation, FAQ disclosures, gallery controls, buttons, and links are keyboard operable.
- Focus indicators remain visible and are not intentionally removed.
- Product screenshots include text alternatives and preserve their original proportions.
- The screenshot gallery has visible previous/next controls, position information, arrow-key support, touch scrolling, and no autoplay.
- Text and layouts reflow from 320-pixel mobile widths through wide desktop displays.
- Important text is HTML rather than embedded only in images.
- Reduced-motion preferences disable non-essential smooth movement.
- Pages use landmark regions, logical headings, descriptive titles, and consistent navigation.
Compatibility
The website is designed for current and recent versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, including iOS Safari. Standards-based HTML and CSS provide a usable fallback where newer visual effects are unavailable.
Users can zoom, enlarge text, navigate by keyboard, use browser reading tools, or apply device accessibility settings. Very old browsers may not reproduce every visual treatment.
Known limitations and review
App screenshots reproduce the actual product interface and may contain small text when viewed as a complete screen. Descriptive captions and alt text provide an equivalent summary, and screenshots can be enlarged using browser zoom.
Legal tables may require horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens to preserve the relationship between headings and values. All essential information remains available in text.
We review new pages and important interactions for keyboard use, reflow, contrast, labels, states, and screen-reader structure. We also welcome real-world reports because automated checks cannot identify every barrier.
